La empresa SONY desde hace un buen tiempo nos ha tenido acostumbrados al poderío de sus cámaras Alpha, debido básicamente a la gran calidad de fotografías que se puede hacer con estas cámaras fotográficas, sin embargo uno de las principales quejas al respecto de estas para quienes no están a acostumbrados a llevar consigo una cámara grande –léase usuarios nuevos o fotógrafos amateurs – suele ser el peso de estas y obviamente lo incomodo de las mismas, aquí es donde nace la nueva SONY Alpha NEX.
Como se pudo apreciar en el video, la nueva cámara fotográfica de SONY es bastante más delgada que las tradicionales DLSR llegando su grosor a ser de 1 pulgada –sin el lente puesto – y con una resolución de 14 megapixeles con la utilización de chips CMOS en su interior.
Como se puede apreciar los lentes también son más pequeños lo que deja sin efecto el uso de lentes antiguos en la máquina y en cuanto al tema video, estas pueden guardar archivos HD a 720p en formato MPEG4 salvo la SONY Alpha NEX 5 que puede hacerlo en 1080p. Finalmente diremos que el precio de estas cámaras inicia en los $ 700,oo USD
